Weaver was involved in an assault on the victim, James Chestnut of Joliet IL while at a birthday party in Janesville WI. Weaver is suspected of shooting Chestnut in the back which resulted in his death. We are currently seeking Weaver’s whereabouts. If located do not confront. Contact local police. Weaver is considered armed and dangerous.
